Fire Door Inspections

The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 made it a legal requirement from 23 January 2023 for responsible persons for all multi-occupied residential buildings in England with storeys over 11m in height (this includes any Cellars and occupied Roof Voids).

Effective fire doors are now a legal requirement for the majority of non-domestic premises.

Inspections

We can provide comprehensive nine part inspections to each and every door within your premises, each door being asset tagged (a small metalic label possitioned not to be seen when the door is closed).

A full detailed report will then be compiled noting complient and any non-complient doors and any further actions that may be required.

Fire Door Inspection Training

A popular half-day course enabling up to two members of your staff to participate in this comprehensive course, and on successful completion to be able to provide your Fire Door Inspections at least every six months, without the requirement for the additional expensive of outside contractors.
