On completion we will provide you a detailed list of the required works (if any are needed) to make you compliant, you can then pass on to your own maintenance staff (if you require we can provide a quote to organise any works required on your behalf).

Together with our set industry qualifications, we have undertaken care training (NVQ level 2) that provides us with a basic knowledge of working directly with and around people with difficulties (ie the autistic spectrum and dementure etc).

Together with comprehensive Fire Risk Assessment training over a number of years, our staff out in the field are also qualified fire alarm engineers, electricians and surveyors, which we feel is necessary to enable a more comprehensive assessment based on a building and it's individual charicteristics.

In some case we have  found "excesive" fire equipment installed, such as fire extinguishers on every corner, so much signage that it's unclear etc. Removing items and therfore saving costs does happen.
